We often specify if certain designs may not be ideal for shorter heights. If there is no specific note, generally, the style is versatile and suitable for most heights.

Is customization possible?Currently, our products are sold in standard sizes and are not custom-tailored. However, our sizing is highly inclusive. As for color options, we provide a range of shades for popular styles, allowing you a semi-custom selection experience.

How do I choose the fabric for my product?As a wool coat specialist focusing on animal fibers, we understand it can be challenging to choose among multiple globally sourced rare materials, like Merino wool, angora, yak wool, cashmere, camel wool, and mulberry silk. Once familiar with their characteristics, you can use our filter function to select the fabric that best meets your needs and preferences. Will there be any color difference between the photos and the actual product?Each product detail page includes both studio and outdoor images to give you a comprehensive view of how our coats appear under different lighting conditions. While we strive to keep color differences minimal, slight variations may occur depending on the lighting conditions in your usual settings.

Will my wool coat pill over time? How should I handle pilling if it occurs?Pilling is generally caused by friction, but our wool coats are crafted from 100% natural animal fibers, with no synthetic components, making them exceptionally durable. Most of our customers report that, with proper care, our coats show minimal pilling even after 5-10 years. However, if a wool coat is worn frequently and exposed to constant friction, some pilling may occur. This can be managed by using a lint remover or gently steaming the fabric. What should I do if I find loose threads on my wool coat?Our wool coats are handcrafted, which may occasionally result in some extra threads. These are not a sign of quality issues or unraveling; they are simply excess threads that can be trimmed with small scissors. Additionally, most coats come with pockets that are fully stitched closed for shipping. You can open the pocket seams yourself.

What can I do if the product I want is not available?We regularly update our website to reflect product availability. If a product is sold out, you can contact our customer service team to inquire about potential restocking plans. Occasionally, especially during peak seasons or major sales, you may receive a notification after ordering if an item is out of stock. This is rare and typically only occurs during high-demand periods. If you notice any other imperfections, please refer to our Return and Exchange Policy for further assistance.

Are taxes and customs charges included?The item price includes taxes. For deliveries to most countries, no additional duty fees will be required by the carrier. In case of a return, taxes will be refunded along with your order.

How do I cancel or edit an order?Order Cancellation: You have one hour after placing your order to cancel it or modify the delivery address. Both options are available in 'My Account' under 'My Orders'. Order Modifications: It's not possible to edit the items in your order. If you need to make changes, please return the item upon receipt through 'My Account' > 'My Orders'. Please note, our team cannot cancel or modify your order after the one-hour window.

Was my order successful?After your order confirmation, an email with your order number and basket summary will be sent to you. To view your order details, go to 'My Account' and select 'My Orders'. If you don't receive the summary within an hour, please check your spam folder as our email might have been filtered. If still not received, contact us and we'll assist with checking your order status.

Can I group several orders together?Your orders are automatically grouped together in a single parcel if they were placed in the same half-day, with the same bank card, address and delivery method. Once the orders have been grouped, it is unfortunately impossible for us to separate them, and you will receive them in a single parcel. Any customs charges for the countries concerned will be applied to the total amount of your grouped orders. Your orders will appear separately in My account > My orders. You can click either order to track the progress of your parcel.

Warm tipsDue to the policy adjustment of the Brazilian Revenue Service and Customs, some inbound parcels are subject to detention or delayed release measures. Therefore, the shipping time of some parcels to Brazil will be increased by 1-2 weeks. Due to special reasons in Canada, some packages may be delayed by 3-5 days. If you have any logistic problems, please contact us, and we will solve them properly for you. Logistics Methods: Air freight, dedicated line parcel, etc.

Where is my order?Upon order validation, a confirmation email will be sent to the email address associated with your Atelier Clotho account. Delivery times, as stated on the website during checkout, may vary based on your location. To track your order, please follow these steps: Go to 'My Account'. Select 'My Orders'. Click on 'Track My Order'. Please note, order preparation and delivery may take longer during our Archive sales or holiday seasons. If you encounter any issues tracking your order, please reach out to us for assistance.

My item seems to be faulty. What should I do?For remote help, please email us with photos of your item, its attached label, and your order number. We'll promptly send you a customized return form. Without this, processing your return and refund may be delayed in our logistics department. This service applies only to online purchases.

I haven't received what I ordered. What should I do?You can track your order using the tracking number provided. If the status shows it has been delivered, but you haven’t received it, please check with your local post office or pickup points using the tracking number. When entering your shipping address, be sure to include detailed information like house or apartment numbers to ensure smooth delivery. If none of these solutions resolve the issue, please contact our customer service team for further assistance.

My parcel has not been delivered to my chosen collection point. What should I do?If your chosen collection point is inaccessible, full, or unexpectedly closed, the carrier will deliver your parcel to a different location. After delivery, the collection point is non-negotiable. Should you be unable to collect your parcel, it will be returned to us. Upon return to the Atelier, we can reship it to you free of charge, to any address you prefer. You'll automatically receive an email with this choice. Or, we can process a refund within 7 working days of the parcel reaching our logistics center.
